I am a credentialed life coach and coach with Lyra Health. I coach tech industry professionals in the workplace. Trained and certified through the Co-Active Training Institute, and credentialed through the International Coach Federation, I’ve also completed Cognitive Behavioral Coaching training through Lyra Health. Currently, I am in graduate school for counseling.

In addition to coaching, I led the conversion of a traditional medical practice to a concierge service I now manage. The conversion required building infrastructure, communication channels, and the team to support and grow the medical practice.

Across all of my work, I’ve helped individuals, executives, and physicians experiencing moral injury and burnout to focus and reimagine their lives.

My mission since becoming a coach in 2010 is to empower people to reduce their stress, navigate relationship and family challenges as well as find clarity in their lives. I've helped my clients at Lyra and in my private practice become balanced, navigate overwhelm and transitions, reduce stress and anxiety, discover what they want and need as well as make the necessary changes to live a more fulfilling life. I believe that my clients embody wholeness, and can access their own inner resources.

My practical and compassionate approach provides a collaborative space for you to gently pivot in your life.

Personal Motto: Do the opposite of what you are used to doing.

Values: Honesty, integrity, self-awareness, compassion, creativity, authenticity, and being of service.

Free-Time: Oil-painting, hiking in the high-desert, scrolling through vinyl, writing, and spending time with my daughter.

What People Are Saying

“Working with Beth is a breath of fresh air. After years of feeling unheard and under-appreciated by the conventional medical world, Beth’s coaching was precisely what my body and mind needed. She has mastered that delicate balance of encouraging and pushing, while maintaining a gentle, nurturing approach that is respectful and replenishing. Her care goes beyond that of a typical client/practitioner relationship. She takes the time to listen, seek understanding, and genuinely wants what is best for you. Working with Beth on my path to healing has been a true blessing and I have her to thank for my continued self care that I practice today.”

— Jillian P., Coaching Client

“I was at a transition point in my life craving guidance and thought that life coaching could help. A mutual friend recommended that I contact Beth. After working with Beth for 6 months I have witnessed the profundity of her work time and time again. She assisted me in clearly defining my priorities which has greatly increased my productivity. The results have been tangible. In our time together, Beth supported me in launching my website, dialing in my daily and weekly schedule, understanding where I am over and under committing in my life and distinguishing the areas in which I am uniquely qualified to create income for myself. Beth’s unique approach to life coaching gets to the core of the ways that we hold ourselves back from being great. I would recommend Beth to any self-motivated person who wants to move forward in their lives and projects with skill and momentum.”

“If Elizabeth was a super hero, her special power would be empathy. It naturally flows from her, as she works with her clients to support them in them working to be their best. Not only is this ability natural to her, but it is also built upon her own life experiences. Together, having natural and real empathy, this makes her a fantastic coach.
